1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the tk99 platform. By using tk99's website, app, or any other channel, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

tk99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

To use tk99's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. tk99 may request the necessary information to verify your age at any time. If you do not meet the age requirement, your account may be closed.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To become a member of tk99, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information on the registration form. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are identified, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be cancelled.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, email, and date of birth provided at registration must be genuine. Registering with incorrect or false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. tk99 may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact tk99 support immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

tk99 currently accepts deposits via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Transactions below the set limit will not be accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification has not been completed or additional security review is required, it may take longer.

3.3 Third-Party Accounts

Depositing or withdrawing using any account other than a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. Using a third-party account will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tk99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonuses may only be used on designated games. No funds from a bonus can be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met. While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be applied for, unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Abuse Prevention

If any attempt is made to exploit the bonus system, tk99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All game outcomes at tk99 are determined by certified software. Any form of manipulation, use of bots, collusion, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is abnormal due to a system error or technical issue, tk99 reserves the right to void that round. Claims for unusual winnings arising from technical errors will not be accepted.

5.3 Betting Limits

Each game and market has defined minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. tk99 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6 VIP Programme

tk99's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their weekly play volume and activity.

Weekly cashback is available at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, and Diamond — up to 0.8%. Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

tk99 reserves the right to modify or restructure the VIP programme terms at any time. If a member remains inactive for an extended period, their VIP tier may be reassessed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk99:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Operating more than one account from the same household
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes in collusion with other members
• Impersonating tk99 staff or providing a false identity
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other users
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform for improper purposes

If any of the above activities are detected, tk99 reserves the right to permanently close the account, cancel the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

tk99 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep all data secure. Your personal information is not sold to any third party. However, information may be provided in response to a lawful request from a regulatory authority.

9 Responsible Gambling Policy

tk99 always promotes responsible gambling. If any member feels that their gambling habits are getting out of control, various measures are available to help them.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by tk99

If these Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, or an investigation is required, tk99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice. In such cases, the balance will be held until the investigation is complete.

10.2 Closure by the User

Any member may request to close their own account. To do so, please contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. If there are any pending withdrawals at the time of the request, those will be processed first.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding a betting result or transaction, the support team must be notified within 72 hours of the event. tk99's support team is available 24/7 in both Bangla and English. Complaints can be submitted via live chat or email.

12 Limitation of Liability

tk99 services are provided on an "as is" basis. tk99 is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Any issues with software from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, PG Soft, etc.) are the responsibility of the respective provider. tk99 is committed to maintaining the functionality of its own platform.
